Commander Lacy & The Troops Battle The Litter Tykes

As good parents we are always telling the kids not to litter. That doesn’t mean they always listen, but once they have read this enchanting book you most likely find the kids will be reminding you not to litter. The Animals Going Green Commander series are a group of books that deal with different adventures the animals go on to help save the planet and improve the environment. Lets face it, we all have a concern about the future of our children and the type of world they are going to have to live in is becoming a real concern for us.

Now we can do lots in the here and now to help undo some of the environmental damage that has been created. Unfortunately much of the damage that has been done has been through our own wrong doings. Then again in many cases we didn’t know any better. Well we do now, but its critically important to pass this information along to the kids and get them into the habit of caring about their planet now so they will continue to do so when they become adults and not make the mistakes we did. This is easier said than done however, as we don’t want to fill out kids with a lot of doom and gloom and negatives. This is where the animals going green series of books is vitally important.

In this episode Commander Lacy & The Troops Battle The Litter Tykes its all about these impish characters that are visiting from another planet and decide to mess up the town of Millbrook with a bunch of litter. Now where these little guys come from litter happens to be their toys. To the Commanders from animals going green however this is not fun. They are continuously protecting their environment from all types of danger and pollution. Each Commander is in charge of pollution problem and in this episode its Commander Lacy who is the Chief Commander of all the Animal Commanders who is the star of this book.

Sometimes for the little ones their attention span is a little on the short size and they can’t handle the bigger books. We have thought about this so we have prepared a short version for these little guys and gals.
